SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description:

This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Busy Dad Fitness LLC through our website at https://cricketstrong.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability:

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

Refund Guarantees on Combined Purchases

Each Cricket Strong product carries its own satisfaction guarantee, stated on its sales page and at checkout: [10-Week Protocol — 60-day guarantee; Video Mechanics Audit — 7-day guarantee; Yo-Yo Prep Course - 7-day guarantee]. When products are purchased together — including when one product is added as an upsell to another order — each product's guarantee applies independently to that product's portion of the order, measured from the date that item was purchased. Combining products in one order does not extend, shorten, or merge the individual guarantee periods. If a refund is requested, each product is evaluated on its own: the portion inside its guarantee window is refunded, and the portion outside it is not.

Refunds & Cancellations

Digital products (training protocols, courses, video audits) are delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase. Except where a product-specific satisfaction guarantee applies, sales of digital products are final once access has been provided.

Memberships renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Cancel anytime through your account portal or by contacting us — cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues through the end of the current paid period. Current-period membership fees are non-refundable.

Small-group cohorts and one-on-one coaching reserve limited capacity: rescheduling terms are stated at booking, and fees are non-refundable after the stated cutoff except where required by law. If Cricket Strong cancels an offering outright without a reasonable replacement, the amount paid for that offering is refunded.

Registration & Passwords

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
